These Master Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement entered into between you (whether individually as a Job Seeker or on behalf of an enterprise as an Employer/Recruiter) and Reliance Solutions Ltd, a registered corporate entity in the United Republic of Tanzania, operating the recruitment marketplace platform known as Ajira Market (accessible via ajiramarket.co.tz).

By accessing, registering, browsing, posting job vacancies, submitting candidate profiles, or processing electronic payments through this platform, you unequivocally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere strictly to all provisions set forth herein.

Vigezo na Masharti haya ya Huduma yanaunda mkataba halali wa kisheria unaofungamana kati yako (kama Mtafuta Kazi binafsi au kwa niaba ya taasisi/kampuni kama Mwajiri) na Reliance Solutions Ltd, kampuni iliyosajiliwa kisheria nchini Tanzania inayoendesha na kusimamia mfumo wa ajira wa Ajira Market (ajiramarket.co.tz).

Kwa kuingia, kutembelea, kujisajili, kutangaza nafasi za kazi, kutuma maombi ya kazi, au kufanya miamala ya malipo, unathibitisha kuwa umesoma, umeelewa na umekubali kutii kikamilifu masharti yote yaliyomo katika mkataba huu.

• "Platform" means the Ajira Market web portals, REST APIs, databases, and mobile user interfaces.
• "Candidate / Job Seeker" means any natural person creating a profile to search and apply for job vacancies.
• "Employer / Recruiter" means any verified business entity, NGO, or institution posting vacancies or sourcing talent.
• "Service Package" means paid subscriptions, job posting credits, and talent search features made available to employers.
• "Payment Gateway" means licensed third-party financial institutions and aggregators (operating under Bank of Tanzania licenses) executing billing.

• "Mfumo (Platform)" inamaanisha tovuti ya Ajira Market, mifumo ya kielektroniki na programu zake.
• "Mtafuta Kazi (Candidate)" inamaanisha mtu yeyote anayejisajili kwa lengo la kuomba nafasi za kazi.
• "Mwajiri (Employer)" inamaanisha kampuni, taasisi, au shirika lililosajiliwa linalotangaza kazi au kutafuta wataalamu.
• "Kifurushi (Service Package)" inamaanisha huduma za kulipia za kutangaza kazi na kufikia kanzidata ya wataalamu.
• "Mifumo ya Malipo (Payment Gateway)" inamaanisha taasisi za fedha na mitandao iliyoidhinishwa na Benki Kuu ya Tanzania (BOT).

To register and maintain an active account on Ajira Market, users must satisfy the following criteria:

• Legal Age: All users must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Domestic Identification: Tanzanian citizens must provide authentic, non-duplicated 20-digit National Identification Authority (NIDA) numbers.
• International Candidates: Foreign applicants must furnish authentic International Passport credentials issued by their country of citizenship.
• Credential Confidentiality: Users are exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords, SMS OTP codes, and session tokens.

Ili kujisajili na kutumia mfumo wa Ajira Market, lazima ukidhi vigezo vifuatavyo:

• Umri Halali: Lazima uwe na umri wa miaka 18 au zaidi mwenye uwezo kamili wa kisheria wa kuingia mikataba.
• Utambulisho wa Ndani: Watanzania lazima wawasilishe namba halisi ya NIDA yenye tarakimu 20 isiyotumiwa na mtu mwingine.
• Waombaji wa Kigeni: Raia wa kigeni lazima wawasilishe namba halisi ya Pasipoti ya Kimataifa ya nchi yao.
• Usalama wa Nywila: Mtumiaji anawajibika kulinda namba yake ya siri (Password) na namba za uthibitisho za SMS (OTP).

Strict Prohibition of Recruitment Fees: In accordance with the Employment and Labour Relations Act (2004) and international anti-labor trafficking standards, applying for jobs on Ajira Market is 100% FREE OF CHARGE for all job seekers worldwide.

No employer, recruitment agency, recruiter, or third-party intermediary is permitted to demand payment, processing fees, medical assessment charges, uniform deposits, or interview fees from candidates. Any such demand constitutes illegal extortion and should be reported immediately.

Marufuku Kali ya Kudai Ada kwa Waombaji: Kwa mujibu wa Sheria ya Ajira na Mahusiano Kazini (2004), kutuma maombi ya kazi kwenye Ajira Market ni 100% BURE KABISA kwa waombaji wote duniani.

Hakuna mwajiri, wakala, wala mtu yeyote anayeruhusiwa kudai fedha, ada ya fomu, ada ya usaili, au gharama zozote kutoka kwa muombaji kazi. Kufanya hivyo ni kosa kubwa la kisheria na litasababisha hatua kali za kisheria mara moja.

Every employer and recruiter registered on Ajira Market expressly covenants and warrants that:

• It is a legally constituted entity with valid BRELA incorporation, valid Tax Identification Number (TIN), and applicable business licenses.
• All job postings represent bona fide, funded, active vacancies with clear job descriptions and legal compensation frameworks.
• No posted opportunity involves multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, illegal betting, upfront fee solicitation, or human trafficking.
• Candidate CVs and personal data accessed through the portal shall be used solely for evaluating the specific job application in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA 2022).

Kila mwajiri anayejisajili kwenye mfumo anathibitisha na kuahidi kuwa:

• Ni kampuni au taasisi iliyosajiliwa kisheria na BRELA, yenye TIN namba na leseni halali ya biashara.
• Nafasi zote za kazi anazotangaza ni halisi, zenye mshahara halali na zinazolingana na sheria za kazi za Tanzania.
• Hatatangaza biashara za upatu (pyramid schemes), kamari haramu, wala kutoza ada yoyote kwa waombaji.
• Taarifa za CV za waombaji zitatumika kwa ajili ya mchakato wa ajira pekee na hazitauzwa wala kusambazwa kiholela.

Job posting packages, talent search credits, and featured recruiter branding are offered at published corporate rates in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) or US Dollars (USD).

All invoices are issued electronically upon transaction confirmation. Applicable statutory taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT), are billed in compliance with Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) regulations.

Vifurushi vya kutangaza kazi na kufikia kanzidata ya wataalamu vinatozwa kwa viwango vilivyotangazwa kwa Shilingi za Tanzania (TZS) au Dola za Marekani (USD).

Ankara (Invoices) za kielektroniki hutolewa papo hapo baada ya malipo kuthibitishwa, zikiwa zimejumuisha kodi zote stahiki kwa mujibu wa Mamlaka ya Mapato Tanzania (TRA).

All refund requests and financial reversals are governed strictly by our official Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Customers who experience duplicate debits, technical provisioning failures, or who submit written cancellation within 24 hours prior to vacancy activation are entitled to a 100% full reversal processed back to the original payment source within 24 to 72 hours.

The following activities result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of fees, and criminal referral:

• Falsification of national identity (NIDA) or submitting fraudulent academic certificates.
• Posting fraudulent, deceptive, or non-existent recruitment listings.
• Attempting to bypass security systems, inject malicious scripts, or conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
• Harvesting candidate contact numbers for spam SMS or unauthorized marketing.

Vitendo vifuatavyo vitasababisha akaunti kufungwa mara moja, kutaifishwa kwa fedha na kufunguliwa mashtaka:

• Kughushi namba za NIDA au kuweka vyeti feki vya elimu.
• Kutangaza ajira feki za utapeli au kuomba rushwa na ada kwa waombaji.
• Kujaribu kudukua mfumo, kuweka virusi, au kuingilia mifumo ya kiusalama.
• Kukusanya namba za simu za waombaji kwa ajili ya kutuma matangazo yasiyoidhinishwa.

Intermediary Status: Ajira Market operates as an electronic recruitment marketplace connecting job seekers with prospective employers. Ajira Market is NOT an employer, employment agency, or party to any employment contract concluded between a candidate and an employer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reliance Solutions Ltd disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from employer hiring decisions, candidate performance, or third-party telecommunication outages.

Nafasi ya Mfumo: Ajira Market ni jukwaa la kidijitali linalowaunganisha watafuta kazi na waajiri. Ajira Market si mwajiri wa moja kwa moja wala si mshirika wa mkataba wa ajira utakaosainiwa kati ya mwajiri na muombaji.

Kwa kiwango kinachoruhusiwa na sheria, Reliance Solutions Ltd haitawajibika kwa maamuzi ya mwajiri ya kuajiri au kutokuajiri, wala changamoto za kiutendaji kazini.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute amicably within thirty (30) days. Failing amicable settlement, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tanzania (including the High Court Commercial Division).

Mkataba huu unasimamiwa, unafafanuliwa na kutekelezwa kwa mujibu wa sheria za Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania.

Ikitokea mgogoro wowote, pande zote zitatafuta suluhu ya kirafiki ndani ya siku thelathini (30). Iwapo suluhu haitapatikana, shauri litafunguliwa na kusikilizwa na Mahakama Kuu ya Tanzania (Kitengo cha Biashara).
