A.Required Qualifications
Holder of Diploma/Certificate in Materials Management, procurement and supplies/ National Store Keeping or equivalent qualification Plus Form IV/VI certificate
B.Attribute
-Proven experience as a Storekeeper or a similar role.
-Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
-Strong organizational skills.
C.Key Duties
-Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming stock and supplies.
-Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements and documentation.
-Organizing and managing the store layout for optimal efficiency and accessibility.
-Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
-Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
-Ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
-Coordinating with suppliers, vendors and internal teams for deliveries and stock requirements.
-Manage and control fuel pump stations.
-Issuing materials and supplies to departments based on requisitions.
-Identifying and reporting damaged or expired items.
-Utilizing inventory management software to track stock and generate reports.
