Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in social sciences, preferably accounting, banking & finance, business administration, microfinance, entrepreneurship.
-Years of experience in microfinance industry, at least 2 of them in a supervisory role.
-Knowledge of industry legal framework.
-Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills and attention to details.
-Proficiency in Office Suite application (eg, Word,Excel)
