Job Description

Qualification

Holder of Master Degree in one of the following field Economics, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Finance, Accounts, Banking and Finance or equivalent qualification from recognized Institutions with working experience of at least thirteen (13) years in related field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To oversee the implementation of policies procedures, decisions and strategies for financing development projects and activities in respective zone.
To provide technical support to developmental activities and clients financed by the Bank.
To participate in monitoring and evaluating on-going and completed projects in respective zone.
To seek and evaluate business opportunities in respective zone.
To oversee the implementation of credit and related policies, processes and procedures.
To ensure applications for loan/credit are reviewed and approved accordingly.
To control overdrafts relating to projects and development activities in respective zone.
To ensure that information on development financing is adequately made available in respective zone.
To develop and implement work plans for the zone.
To develop and maintain beneficial business relationship with corporate and clients.
To maintain good working relationship with other divisions, departments and units as well as external stakeholders.
To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
