DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage and supervise daily logistics operations, including ICD, receiving, transportation and warehousing activities.
-Monitor and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
-Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to your reporting supervisor.
-Implement and oversee safety protocols within the workplace.
-Generate and analyze operational reports to track key performance indicators(KPIs).
-Collaborate with clients to address concerns, resolve issues and provide exceptional service.
-Ability to train and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve performance targets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
-Minimum of 2 experience years in logistics, transportation or supply chain operations.
-Proven leadership experience in a Supervisory role.
-Strong understanding of logistics operations including transportation, warehousing and inventory management.
