DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist users by troubleshooting software, hardware and network issues promptly and effectively.
-Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, including installing updates, managing backups and monitoring system health.
-Support network administration tasks, including user account management, connectivity checks and minor troubleshooting of network issues.
-Assists with the overseeing of the customer billing functions.
-Receives and schedules operational tasks.
-To learn the techniques for the mechanical reproduction of drawings and photographs.
-Perform any other duties that may be assigned by one reporting supervisor.
