Human Resources Officer will be responsible for planning, streamlining, and executing HR workflows and procedures. Will oversee a team that focuses on new personnel recruiting and training and allocate responsibilities and office space to all staff. HR Officer also assesses personnel performance, provides guidance, and implements process changes to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
-Knowledge of Labour Law and Union Relations.
-Computer literate, competence across the Microsoft.
-Knowledge of relevant Human Resources management information systems, e.g. payroll, HR reporting
Educational Qualification
-Degree in Human Resources or related field.
-3+ Years work experience in Construction/Manufacturing.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
