DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist the office of the Chief Executive Officer in the preparation of correspondence, memoranda and reports.
-Collaborate with senior management to create, review and refine strategic plans that align with the organization's vision and objectives.
-Providing daily administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer.
-Identify opportuinities and potential threats that may impact organizational goals.
-Drafting CEO's Speeches, correspondences, papers, reports and other documentation of high standards of presentation that needs personal oversight of the Chief Executive Officer.
-Establish key performance indicators(KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
-Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objective's successful project delivery.
-Identify potential risk to the organization's strategy and develop mitigation plans.
-Develop comprehensive reports, presentation and dashboards to communicate strategic plans and progress to stakeholders.
-Continously assess the effectiveness of strategies and adjust plans based on performance data, market changes or organizational needs.
ATTRIBUTES
-Strong understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics within the logistics industry.
-Proficient in analyzing large data sets, trends and key performance indicators(KPIs) to inform decision-making.
-Strong project management abilities to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Holder of degree in Public Administration, Business Administration majoring in Corporate Management, Investment planning or CPA/ACCA from a recognized higher learning institution.
-At least 2 years of experience in such position.
