The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful execution of all civil works, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards and timely completion. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Dam and Hydropower construction.
Roles and Responsibilities
1.Responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil works on a hydropower construction site.
2.Ensuring quality, safety, compliance with project specifications including progress monitoring.
3.Manage documentation(construction records, daily reports, inspection logs, as-built drawings, etc)
Qualifications
1.Professional with a BSc in Civil Engineering background, specifically experienced in dam and hydropower project construction.
2.Familiar with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and preferably project management software.
Required Competencies
1.Construction of hydropower infrastructures (surge tank, penstock upstream section, concrete gravity dam) 2.Knowledge of run-of-the-river hydropower plant.
3.Experience in deep excavation and heavy foundation works.
4.Heavy-duty concrete placement, structural steel (reinforcement & embedded parts) erection, diversion works, etc
