DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist in drafting, reviewing and managing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
-Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, suppliers and internal teams to support commercial and facilities smooth communication.
-Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends and opportunities, helping inform business strategies and sales initiatives.
-Prepare and maintain reports on commercial performance, contract status and financial metrics to suppport the decision making.
-Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Proactive in identifying challenges and finding effective solutions.
-Promote excellence in all service programs of the department.
-Perform any other duties that may be assigned by one repoerting supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or a related field.
-Experience in the logistics sector will be an added advantage.
-Minimum of three years of experience in a commercial or business support role.
-Knowledge of contract management, sales processes.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel, Word.
