The Building Coordianator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities at the Nyanzaga site. This role ensures that all building operations are executed, adhere to safety standards and meet project timelines and quality brenchmarks.

Qualifications/Experience
-Professional certification in construction management or related disciplines.
-Valid driver's license.
-Years of experience in construction coordination or a similar role, preferably within Tanzania.
-Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations.
-Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools.
-Familiarity with local building regulations and standards in Tanzania.
-Experience in community engagement and relation.
-Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices in construction.
