Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in social science, preferably accounting, banking & finance, business administration, microfinance or entrepreneurship.
-Years of experience in microfinance industry, at least 2 of them in a supervisory role.
-A proven track record in leading teams, driving sales growth and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Knowledge of industry legal framework.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Proficiency in Office Suite application(eg. Word,Excel)
